BENEFITS

RCR Technology Corporation offers the following benefits through Anthem Insurance Company (AIC), Blue Access ® Option 24 with Rx Option H Benefits.

Medical/Dental/Prescription Insurance
Full-time employees and their family are eligible to participate in the company/employee paid medical insurance program. Based on the coverage’s selected the employer will pay 70% of the total premium and the employee will pay 30%. This plan is currently administered though Anthem’s Blue Access ® Option 24 (90-10 – in Network and 70-30 out of network). Yearly deductibles are $500.00 per individual and $1500.00 for family. Prescription coverage varies for formulary and generic drugs. Dental Benefits have a maximum yearly benefit of $1000 per family member with a deductible amount of $50 for an individual and $150 for the family. Insurance coverage takes effect sixty days from the employee’s date of hire. Interim insurance is available for employee (and family) during this waiting period, on the first day of employment through Anthem Insurance Corporation.

Term Life Insurance and AD&D
Full-time employees are provided a term life insurance equal to $20,000 with enrollment effective on the date of hire. Life Insurance Coverage begins on the sixty-first day of service.

Disability Insurance
Full-time employees are eligible to apply for long-term disability coverage.

Vision Insurance
RCR offers a Full Service Plan through Anthem - $10.00 co-pay for one eye exam per year and $20 co-payment for frames and lenses every 24 months using Anthem’s Blue Vision Provider Network.

Retirement
The company offers a 401K profit sharing program for new employees after a six month waiting period for enrollment. The formula is based on employee contribution and company profits.

Educational Reimbursement
The company will reimburse all employees for continuing education leading to an applicable higher degree or for direct improvement of technical knowledge based upon the successful completion of the course and grade received. All continuing education courses should be discussed with PROJECT MANAGERS & HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER prior to course enrollment to ensure classes are eligible for educational reimbursement.
